Ving Tsun Kung Fu Self-Defense Worskhop Demo, Boys and Girls Club of Richmond, VA

July is All Girl (Kung Fu) Fitness Month by (Personal Trainer & Martial Artist) Julia Dagostino (EVERY WEDENESDAY)

Demo to promote free special workshop to be conducted by Sifu Julia D’Agostino and special select group of female students from the American Martial Arts Association & The Moy Yat Ving Tsun Kung Fu Academy. Official workshop will be held at the Boys and Girls Club every Wednesday in July from 6:15pm-7pm.

Saturday, May 30th, Video-shoot at Kung Fu School (10am-11pm)

Local Videographer Cynthia Hall will be shooting video footage during our normal class time. She will then be producing a short video that we will use on our web site to help people learn more about our kids kung fu programs.  She will also be doing a follow up piece about our special summer camp.  Cynthia is a long time friend of mine – she is a consummate professional and is really excited about working with the kung fu kids!

to give a lecture on Vingtsun. The topic is:

Conflicts of Centroid – VingTsun’s Dynamic Strategy (Chapter one)

(How VingTsun maintains balance different from other style)

VingTsun Basics – VingTsun for health Strategy (If time permits)

Sifu Nelson Chan is the highest active generation in the MYVT clans.
